How it works
From a sentence to every screen
The old way: create, upload, build a playlist, schedule, repeat. The DigitalSign way is four steps, and AI does the hard one.
- 01
Describe
Type what the screen should say, the way you would tell a designer.
- 02
Approve
Pick one of three on-brand variations, then refine it in plain English or the editor.
- 03
Schedule
Drop it into a daypart. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends, holidays.
- 04
Play
Every paired screen downloads it, verifies it and plays it, online or off.
AI Designer
Three designs in seconds. Then just ask for changes.
DigitalSign turns your prompt into structured, editable designs, not flat images. So “make the price bigger” changes the price, and “turn it vertical” reflows the layout for a portrait screen.
- Three on-brand variations for every prompt
- Follow-ups in plain English: “breakfast version”, “more premium”
- Everything stays editable in the visual editor
- Resize once for landscape, portrait and drive-thru

Scheduling & dayparting
The right content at the right hour, automatically.
Set breakfast, lunch and dinner once. Promotions, holidays and emergency messages slot in by priority, and the highest-priority match always wins.

Start from what your screens need to do

Digital menu boards
Describe your menu and the AI Designer builds three on-brand boards you can fine-tune in the editor. The scheduler swaps breakfast, lunch and dinner on time, and every board keeps playing from a local cache if the internet drops.

No black screens. Even when the Wi-Fi quits.
Pair a screen with a code. It downloads every asset, checks it, stores it locally and plays from the cache, so an outage never means a blank TV.

Questions, answered
What is AI-native digital signage?
Instead of designing every screen by hand, you describe what you want and DigitalSign generates three on-brand designs. You approve one, schedule it, and it plays. You can still edit anything in the visual editor.
Is it really free for three screens?
Yes. The first three active screens are free on every plan, forever. Paid plans start at $3 per screen per month for screens four and up.
What hardware do I need?
Any screen with a modern web browser can be a player today, plus Android and Google TV devices and ChromeOS. Native Fire TV, Windows, Mac and Raspberry Pi players are on the way.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Players download and verify everything they need ahead of time and play from a local cache, so screens keep playing through an outage and sync again when the connection returns.
Can I change content by time of day?
Yes. Weekly dayparts let you run different playlists for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with recurring rules, date ranges, temporary overrides and emergency messages that take priority over everything.
